Music Lessons on the Northern Beaches
A small group of excellent teachers on the Beaches, most of whom will come to you.
Music Lessons on the Northern Beaches
The Northern Beaches have no train line, and getting across the peninsula can take time, particularly at school-run and commuting hours. That is why a teacher who comes to you can save a lot of time. Our four Northern Beaches teachers are based in Allambie Heights, Killarney Heights, Mona Vale and Seaforth.
Three of the four, Oliver, Jill and Emily, say in their profiles that they travel to students, so you can often learn without leaving home.
What You Can Learn
The four teachers cover percussion and piano, guitar and music production, French horn and trumpet, and piano with an academic. Oliver has performed internationally, including with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and also taught at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Jill is a singer-songwriter with a strong focus on helping beginners. Emily has a degree in French horn performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and Dr Denise has a PhD in Education and over 30 years of teaching experience.
Rates run from $90 to $160 an hour.
Extra Options Around the Beaches
If the teacher you want is not on the list, we also match with teachers in the neighbouring North Shore and with online teachers. Learn more about lessons at your home and online lessons, which suit the Beaches especially well.
