Red — Ableton, Songwriting, Composition & Music Theory Teacher
Red is an Ultimo-based songwriting and Ableton tutor, currently studying a Bachelor of Music at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. With 8 years of experience writing and performing original music, he brings a strong creative and technical foundation to his teaching.
He specialises in rock, electronic, and progressive styles, and helps students not just learn tools like Ableton, but understand how to turn ideas into finished tracks. Earlier this year, Red released his album ‘Welcome’ under the name Red Menace, which he wrote, recorded, and produced himself—giving students direct insight into the full music production process.
His lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s learning Ableton from scratch, developing songwriting skills, or producing original music with a clear direction and sound.
