Vladimir is a cello teacher and performing artist, fluent in English, Japanese, and Russian. He studied for eight years at the Moscow State Music College named after F. Chopin, graduating as a Bachelor of Performance with a major in Cello, and trained under prominent pedagogue T.G. Alekseeva. Alongside cello, he studied piano, music theory, and played in both the college orchestra and choir, later taking up guitar as a second main instrument.
As an educator, Vladimir strongly believes that a creative approach is essential to the healthy development of every child, and he brings this philosophy into both individual lessons and group classes, where he designs programs that allow full inclusion for every student. He has successfully prepared many students for AMEB exams with a strong record of high marks, alongside specialties in arranging, improvisation, aural training, harmony, and theory. Having performed extensively on stage himself as a cellist, he understands stage fright firsthand and helps students learn to manage it.
Vladimir teaches students of all ages and levels, guiding them whether they want to pursue a serious musical career, advance an existing one, or simply enjoy the cello as a means of creative expression. He views music as more than exam preparation, describing it as a way of connecting with something deeper through consistent, dedicated practice.
