
Adriel — Composition & Music Theory Teacher
Adriel is a Western Sydney–based composer and educator, commissioned by ensembles including the Australian Haydn Ensemble and Steel City Strings.
His music has been performed by the Goldner String Quartet, Ensemble Offspring, the Sydney Conservatorium of Music Symphony Orchestra, the Australian Youth Orchestra, and the Sydney Youth Orchestra, among others. His work has also featured in workshops and masterclasses with the Australian String Quartet, the Sydney Chamber Choir, and Olli Mustonen, and he was recognised in the Willoughby Symphony Orchestra’s 2025 Young Composer Award.
As a teacher, Adriel has taught composition and music theory privately for four years, with lessons tailored to each student and focused on practical results. Past student outcomes include a state rank in Music 2 (2025 HSC).
In 2025, Adriel graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with First Class Honours in composition, studying under Carl Vine AO.
