She has also received teacher appreciation awards recognising her role in guiding students to these achievements, a testament to her ability to bring out the best in the young musicians she works with.
As a teacher, Vanessa’s philosophy centers on inspiration, adaptability, and effective communication, particularly when working with children who face challenging communication skills. She has a proven ability to motivate and support her students, helping each one work toward their maximum potential in a way that suits their individual needs and learning style. This adaptable, student focused approach is part of what has made her such an effective and encouraging teacher.
A graduate of the Vietnam National Academy of Music with distinction, Vanessa continues to grow as a musician and educator as a Master of Music (performance) full scholarship recipient at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, where she studies with Dr Wojciech Wisniewski. She specialises in Baroque, Classical, and Romantic repertoire and brings this same depth of emotional expression and artistry into her teaching. Committed to lifelong learning, she regularly seeks out masterclasses and workshops with esteemed mentors, continuously refining her craft so she can pass on the highest level of musical understanding to her own students.
