Soren — Violin Teacher
Soren is a dedicated violin teacher who has been playing for over 12 years and brings a strong mix of musical experience, technical knowledge, and enthusiasm to every lesson. He has obtained his AMusA certificate as well as Grade 5 Music Theory, making him a well-rounded and highly capable teacher.
During his time at James Ruse Agricultural High School, Soren served as Concertmaster of the school orchestras for two years, giving him extensive experience performing in concerts, eisteddfods, and competitions. He also studied music in the HSC, achieving Band 6s and receiving ENCORE nominations for both Music 2 and Music Extension.
Soren approaches teaching with empathy and patience, making sure his students not only learn something valuable each week, but most importantly, enjoy the process. His lessons are tailored to the individual student, whether they are just beginning or already have experience, with a focus on building confidence, developing strong technique, and helping each student grow as a musician.
